Many of our coaches are BHS qualified, all with current first aid, DBS, CPD and safeguarding certificates.
Most of them are on the current list of BHS Accredited coaches, BE, BD or BS coaches.
When being instructed at Bisley and Sandown Chase Pony Club you can relax in the knowledge that all your lessons are fully insured. It is members responsibility to make sure their coaches have individual insurance away from Pony Club.
I have been caring, training, and coaching all the ponies, horses, and staff for over 35 years, gaining my Fellowship assessment in 2018.
My passion is for coaching and training within the Pony Club and have always been involved at Branch, Area, National and International Level.

Coaches

Tracey Martin BHS AI
I am Tracy Martin BHS AI, I am very lucky to have been around horses practically all of my life. I have ridden since the age of 4, which seemed inevitable given both my parents rode, my dad was a showjumper. So, I was privileged to own ponies from a young age and it was quite clear then, that I wasn’t going to be choosing any other career path! This is my passion.
I competed from a young age, showing, dressage, showing jumping, basically all Pony Club activities for as long as I can remember. One particular highlight was riding at the Queen’s Jubilee at Royal Windsor Horse Show in the Pony Club Musical ride and competing (and winning!) in the Dressage Nationals.
I have been coaching within the Pony Club for 25 years now as well as judging Dressage competitions, a regular instructor at Home Camp and I like to come up with innovative ideas to keep lessons fun and interesting.
I am a freelance instructor based in Surrey, coaching all levels and abilities of both rider and horse helping them prepare for any level of competition.
